These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of molecoreresearch.com and any account, purchase request, order, product, content, or service offered by MOLECORE (“MOLECORE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting a purchase request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

1. Research use only

All products offered by MOLECORE are sold strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, or scientific research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or household products. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition.

You must not use, resell, distribute, recommend, or provide any product for human or veterinary consumption or clinical use. Information on this site is provided for general product identification and research-catalog purposes only and is not medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or professional advice.

2. Purchaser eligibility and representations

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. By submitting an order, you represent that:

• You are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate laboratory, institution, company, or qualified research activity;
• You have the knowledge, facilities, training, and authority necessary to safely handle the products;
• Your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, transfer, and disposal will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and institutional rules;
• You will review available labeling, safety information, and handling requirements before use; and
• You will not use the products for any prohibited human, veterinary, household, or diagnostic purpose.

We may request purchaser-verification information, reject incomplete or inconsistent information, cancel an order, limit quantities, or refuse service when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, inventory, or business reasons.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security, fraud, or compliance concern.

4. Product information and availability

We try to present product names, quantities, specifications, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, substitute packaging without materially changing the listed product, limit quantities, or cancel affected orders. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your submission is an offer to purchase and does not require MOLECORE to accept or fulfill the order. An automated acknowledgment only confirms receipt. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may reject or cancel an order before shipment for verification, compliance, inventory, pricing, payment, address, fraud, or safety reasons. If we cancel after receiving cleared payment, we will return the amount due using a reasonably available method, subject to applicable law.

6. Prices, shipping charges, and taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. A $10 shipping charge is added at checkout unless a different amount is clearly displayed. Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or governmental fees may be added or remain the purchaser’s responsibility. Prices and fees may change before an order is placed.

7. Payment

You must follow the payment instructions shown at checkout and send the exact amount with the requested order reference. Payment through Cash App, Venmo, a digital-asset network, or another third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms. Never send card numbers, banking passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private keys through the website or email.

Submitting payment does not override purchaser-verification requirements or require us to fulfill a prohibited, fraudulent, inaccurate, or unavailable order. Digital-asset transfers may be irreversible. You are responsible for confirming the destination, network, amount, and reference before sending payment.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. We will ship within the time stated at checkout or in our communications, or otherwise within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the applicable time, we will provide any notice, consent option, cancellation right, or refund required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, customs, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Inspect packages promptly and contact us if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, as updated from time to time, together with any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Contact molecore@proton.me before returning anything. Do not send unapproved returns.

10. Safe handling

Products may require specialized storage, handling, personal protective equipment, documentation, and disposal. The purchaser is solely responsible for evaluating hazards, reviewing applicable safety information, establishing appropriate controls, and ensuring that only qualified personnel have access. Keep all products secured and away from children, animals, food, medications, and unauthorized persons.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person or organization, submit false verification or payment information, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the site or products to violate any law or third-party right.

12. Intellectual property

The MOLECORE name, branding, website design, graphics, text, product presentation, and other site content are owned by or licensed to MOLECORE and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for legitimate purchasing and research-related informational purposes. No other license is granted.

13. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, payment, shipping, analytics, and communication providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or conduct. Your use of them may be subject to separate agreements.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, content, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product is suitable for a purchaser’s particular protocol or objective. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOLECORE and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or losses arising from unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, human, or veterinary use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to MOLECORE for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOLECORE and its owners, personnel, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site or products, false purchaser representations, or violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another mandatory law applies. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at molecore@proton.me and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, and nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived.

18. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Returns Policy, and any written order-specific terms form the agreement between you and MOLECORE regarding the site and purchases. Order-specific written terms control only to the extent they expressly conflict with these Terms.
